Who we are

Vistora Invisible Grills ("we", "us") installs invisible grills and ceiling cloth hangers in homes across Bangalore. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• When you send the quote form: your name, mobile number, your area, the services you are interested in, and whether you agree to be contacted by call or WhatsApp.
• When you call us, WhatsApp us or email us: your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us, such as photos of your balcony or your address for a site visit.
• Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure and working.
• We do not ask for or store payment card details on this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, arrange a free site measurement, give you a quote, carry out the installation and provide after-sales service and warranty support.
• To keep the website secure — for example, to stop spam and repeated form submissions.
• We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Your consent

We process the details you send us because you ask us to contact you about a quote. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us (see "Contact us" below); we will then stop contacting you, except where we must keep a record for a job already carried out, such as a warranty.

Cookies

• The quote form uses one essential cookie to protect it against forged submissions. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
• The map on our pages only loads when you choose to open it; at that point Google Maps may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Who we share it with

• Our own installation team, to carry out your job.
• Service providers that run the website and our communications — our web host, our email provider and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us — only as needed to provide those services.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. For customers, we keep job and warranty records for as long as the warranty lasts and as required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

• You can ask us for a summary of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw your consent. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within 30 days.
• If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

This website uses HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need them to serve you. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our services are for homeowners and tenants. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
